I just wanted to let you know how happy I was to see Dimitri at the condo today to install our new door. He had been at the condo building before to try to fix our old door. Today he was so efficient, pleasant and thorough while working. His willingness to explain any questions I asked while I observed him working was much appreciated. I am a General Superintendent working on a project that was deemed “Essential” during the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Pacific Glass was able to overcome multiple obstacles to get us what we needed on time. They always kept us informed of any potential delays or problems and worked diligently with their suppliers to insure our order never slipped. They even came up with a plan to get our doors and glass installed to pass final inspection while a custom part was unavailable.
